Tiny Notes is a small arts based, inclusive program, offering center-based ABA therapy with services for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other varying developmental needs. We combine a fun learning environment with individualized teaching methods to improve the lives and engagement of our students.
About the Role
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
Assist with behavior assessments and functional analyses as needed
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to collect accurate data
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Note: Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with ASD is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
