We are currently on a waitlist system for Special Services. To get added to our waitlist, please contact us using the linked form. Once we receive your form, we will add you to our waitlist and give you a call when a space becomes available. We require a referral from the child's Primary Care Manager/Provider and may require prior authorization from your health plan.

At Tiny Notes, the wait time for new patient appointments and evaluations can vary based on our current clientele and staffing levels. Please note that time frames for the waiting list are not specific nor guaranteed, as they are subject to change based on demand and availability.

We require 24 hour notice to be given for missed therapy appointments, or a cancellation fee may be charged. Please call us at 360-443-2399 to let us know in advance.

We accept Tricare, Wellpoint (Amerigroup), Molina, Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care, First Choice, Regence, and Primera. Our accepted insurance plans may change, so if you don't see your provider listed, please contact us for the most up-to-date information.
