How do I sign my child up for Preschool?Visit our Enrollment page on our website. You can also call us at 360-443-2399 to schedule a tour of our facility Monday-Friday. Tours are by appointment only.

What should I do if my child is going to be absent from Preschool?Let us know as early as possible! We can be reached via phone call at 360-443-2399 or you can message us directly via the Playground app.

How do I get my child signed up to receive services?We are currently on a waitlist system for Special Services. To get added to our waitlist, please contact us using the linked form. Once we receive your form, we will add you to our waitlist and give you a call when a space becomes available. We require a referral from the child's Primary Care Manager/Provider and may require prior authorization from your health plan.

How long is the waitlist/How long will my child be on the waitlist?At Tiny Notes, the wait time for new patient appointments and evaluations can vary based on our current clientele and staffing levels. Please note that time frames for the waiting list are not specific nor guaranteed, as they are subject to change based on demand and availability.

What if my child will be absent from their scheduled therapy services?We require 24 hour notice to be given for missed therapy appointments, or a cancellation fee may be charged. Please call us at 360-443-2399 to let us know in advance.

What insurances do you accept?We accept Tricare, Wellpoint (Amerigroup), Molina, Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care, First Choice, Regence, and Primera. We regularly review our practice to ensure accessibility to a wide range of families. While we accept various insurances, our list may change. If your insurance isn't listed, please contact us for the latest information on coverage options.
